JoomGApps is an extension for the Content Management System Joomla!®

which main feature is integration with Google Applications for Domains®.

This initiative is in line with a Final Project of Computer Sciencie Degree in the Politechnic University of Valencia. However the aim is more ambitious considering the implementation of both system nowadays. The objective is to build a Open Source developer community who provide the extension with more functionality.

First release implements Single Sign On feature, which supply a single logging process for both platforms. Besides the extension includes a user synchronization process between these systems.

Next versions, the component will be able to include new fetaures:

  • Sharing and access corporate calendars
  • Access to contact directory
  • List of linked docs
  • etc
